Below-average Uber riders may start losing access to the ridesharing service. As part of a Community Guidelines update, the company this week announced changes to its platform—including ratings-based rider deactivations. That includes encouraging polite behavior, not trashing the car, and shying away from asking drivers to exceed the speed limit (or, frankly, commit any sort of crime).
