U.S. accuses Russia of conducting low-level nuclear tests Unlisted Video

According to a report by Reuters, on Wednesday, the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency said that the United States believes that Russia may be conducting low-level nuclear tests in violation of a moratorium on such tests. While speaking at an arms control forum at the Hudson Institute, Lieutenant General Robert P. Ashley reportedly said, “The United States believes that Russia probably is not adhering to its nuclear testing moratorium in a manner consistent with the ‘zero-yield’ standard.
