According to Reuters, the top markets on Wall Street are in decline for a second day.
On May 23rd, the top three markets on the New York Stock Exchange fell over 1-percent each.
The Nasdaq Composite led losses during morning trading, falling 117-points for a decline of 1.5-percent.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 dropped about 1.3-percent each.
The Dow Jones plummeted 357-points, bringing Wall Street's top market down to 25,419.
