The U.S. government is preparing to defend the 2020 presidential election from cyber threats.
And it's working so hard, in fact, that the Election Assistance Commission says it is “strained to the breaking point."
Lawmakers expressed concern on Wednesday about the EAC’s ability to perform its responsibilities because of a lack of resources.
Obviously we’re a very small agency and quite under funded.
