U.S. House Judiciary chair says Don McGahn will be held in contempt Unlisted Video

The chairman of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee made an announcement in a television interview. Jerrold Nadler said:“The first thing we are going to do we’re going to have to hold McGahn in contempt.” Nadler said the White House counsel will hold Don McGahn in contempt for not testifying. According to Reuters, they House will enforce the contempt citation before launching court proceedings. Don McGahn was scheduled to testify in front of the committee but his lawyer said he would not appear.
