According to Business Insider, the Tennessee Dept of Corrections is reporting that a man on death row has decided to skip his last meal and would like the money that would have been put to that dinner to be donated to people living with homelessness.
While in prison, Johnson experienced a religious awakening, according to Local Memphis. The outlet reported that he has become an ordained minister of the Seventh Day Adventist church.
Johnson is set to be executed on Thursday night.
