CNN reports that the future for Bayer looks increasingly bleak as court damages tied to the weedkiller Roundup begin to accrue. A California jury on Monday awarded more than $2 billion to a couple who reportedly developed cancer after exposure to the product. Investors in the drug and chemical company have reason to be concerned, as Bayer shares fell more than 2% Tuesday, and have dropped more than 45% in the past year.
