Researchers and health enthusiasts are always on the fence about the positive and negative effects of coffee. Recently, Business Insider reported on severals reason why coffee is connected to a longer life and better health. For instance, studies show that four to three cups of coffee per day can lower a person's risk of having cardiovascular disease by 19%. They also found that, regular coffee drinkers were 16% less likely to suffer from Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive decline.
