Trump says there is 'no rush' to agree on trade deal with China
President Donald Trump said he is in “absolutely no rush” to finalize a trade agreement with China. This comes after Trump hit China with additional levies on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods. According to Reuters, he said the tariffs would help the U.S. more than any trade deal. He then suggested for U.S. businesses to make more products domestically to avoid paying extra. Either way, the U.S. and China will resume negotiations in finding a trade deal they agree on.
