Reuters reports U.S. stocks across the board posted declines on Monday after President Donald Trump threatened to raise Chinese tariffs.
Trump said Sunday that he would increase tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods from 10% to 25%.
In February, Trump said the tariffs would remain at 10% as the two nations continued to make progress on trade talks.
China said on Monday that a delegation still plans to go to the United States for further talks.
