Reuters reports a team of 16 federal investigators travelled to Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday to investigate why a Boeing jetliner with 143 people on board slid from a runway into a shallow river while trying to land at a military base during a thunderstorm. 21 people were injured. The Boeing 737-800 chartered by the U.S. military flew from Naval Station Guantanamo Bay in Cuba and slid into the St. Johns river upon attempting to land at Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
