The so-called "miracle drug" Metformin features a low cost, minimal risks, and the ability to stave off diabetes--and potentially aging. According to Business Insider, a new study has revealed Metformin has another added bonus: the potential to help some people lose weight and keep it off. People who took 850 mg of metformin twice daily were more likely to sustain weight loss over time than people who lost weight through diet and exercise alone.
