The Trump administration wants the Affordable Care Act to be terminated. According to CNN, the Justice Department filed with a federal appeals court. They are agreeing with a federal judge in Texas who said Obamacare was not valid. Supporters of the health law were surprised by the administration’s shift. If the law is overturned, a series of consequences might occur, such as making Medicare coverage more expensive for senior citizens.
