Tropical Cyclone Idai made landfall last week and brought mass destruction to southeastern Africa. Rescue workers at the Mozambican port city of Beira, describe scenes of devastation that they say will require a "significant emergency response, including medical services and water and sanitation support". The Category 2 storm ripped through Mozambique with 109 mph winds flattening homes, collapsing roads and flooding entire villages.
