Business Insider reports Google officially announced its detailed plans to enter the competitive video game business on Tuesday. Google's service is called Stadia. CEO Sundar Pichai says Stadia will offer blockbuster games on any device that can run the Chrome web browser, including tablets, phones, and TVs.
