Reuters reports New Zealand police said they will have a high presence as schools and businesses in Christchurch reopened on Monday, following a shooting at two mosques in the city last week in which 50 people were killed. Police Commissioner Mike Bush said police would increase presence with 200 extra police staff on duty and helicopters flying overhead. 28-year-old Australian Brenton Tarrant, a suspected white supremacist, was charged with murder on Saturday.
