Rumble According to Automotive News, an auto workers union filed a lawsuit against General Motors for breaching a collective bargaining agreement from 2015.
The United Automobile Workers union filed the suit on Feb. 26th.
UAW's complaint argues that GM decided to unallocate products from four US plants, which violates a four-year labor contract.
The contract from 2015 requires GM not to close, consolidate, or dispose of the four plants in Ohio, Maryland, and Michigan.
