Ice Chunks Build Up on the Banks of the Kankakee River

Illinois resident Scott Marietta captured video on February 6 of ice blocks that formed along the Kankakee River banks in Wilmington. Wilmington city officials and the Will County Emergency Management Agency have been monitoring the 7-mile ice jam for fears of continued flooding, according to reports.
