Some residents of Olympia, Washington, made the most of continued snowfall on February 11 by riding their snowboards and sleds down the west end of Bigelow Avenue on the east side of the city. One such snowboarder, Lisa Randolph, shot video on her headcam as she rode down the street in the state capital. The National Weather Service said two inches of fresh snow had fallen on Olympia by 11:15am, local time. Schools, parks, and many roads were closed, and state committee hearings were cancelled due to the weather in Olympia. Credit: Lisa Randolph via Storyful
