- Here’s a simple nightly ritual that can change everything if you let it.

- Lie flat on your back. Palms open. Soft smile on your face — even if it feels forced at first.

- That tiny smile tells your nervous system: you’re safe now.

1. Inhale through your nose for 4s
2. Hold for 2s
3. Exhale for 7s
Do that three times.

- Long exhales put the body into deep rest. The mind follows. The day begins to melt off your cells.

- Then whisper this intention: “I now release the day. I call back my eternal energy. Only love.”

- And seal it with this:

As I sleep, I remember.
As I rest, I rise.
As I dream, I return home.
