Not the Citizens of Payne County!

Payne County, Oklahoma appears to have become ground zero for the Green Energy Scam. High-voltage transmission corridors are planned across the southern half of the county. Wind turbines are going up, and turbine-blade graveyards are being prepared. Battery-storage facilities and solar fields also seem to be on the way. Multiple data centers are expected to be built throughout the area.
The average citizen is left asking: Why? Who truly benefits from all of these developments?
