If you look at Venezuela, it was the gem of South America not 15 years ago, and now it's turned into an absolute debacle. That's the definition of socialism. I wish some of our Democratic colleagues would understand that. There is precedent for America going in and removing dictators. We did it in 1990 with Manuel Noriega in Panama."
