Reporter: Last week, you spoke about restrictions on the Russian army. How small would the Russian army have to be for Estonia and Europe to feel secure within the framework of a possible deal?

Kallas: We don't think it's right to interfere in sovereign countries' decisions about the size of their armies. But I wanted to say that if there's pressure on the Ukrainian army, there should be pressure on the Russian army as well. In fact, it's the Russian army that poses a risk to all neighboring countries. If you look at the 19 countries Russia has invaded over the past 100 years, all of them are under threat. If Russia's army remains large and its military budget remains the same, they'll want to use it again.
