Hi and welcome to another video on The Garner Collective. Today we have the unboxing and testing of the Turtle Beach Recon Controller. This controller is endorsed by Xbox and is suitable for Windows 10 on a PC or a Laptop, its a wired controller with detachable wire, and does not have bluetooth. Everything on the controller is textured from the back of the grips and the front also, and the shoulder and trigger buttons too. The controller also featured 2 extra buttons on the back which can be customized also, and these as mentioned are textured also. It has a headphone jack where the equalizer can be set for different gaming modes. With 4 profiles that can be configured for different games. The D Pad is very good, and i am glad its not a cross but a cross inside a circle makes it better to select items. Very nice feel in the hand with both sticks and buttons feeling very responsive with excellent vibration too. Comes in 2 colours black and white, with the white being little cheaper than the black one. The controller is wired and supports Type C cable. The cable can be taken out when not gaming and any Type C cable will fit it. All i can say is its a very good controller and i got it with a refund from Amazon after my original Xbox Series X pad started drifting where the menus would scroll by themselves as well as the character would always walk forward.
