A Psalm of Thanksgiving (A Thanksgiving Message) Psalm 100

It had been a difficult 3 month journey across the ocean, only to land as a harsh winter was about to set in. Many died during that first year, yet many of the Pilgrims, with the help of the Wampanoag tribe, made it through. God blessed and provided for them during the summer of 1621, and in the fall, along with their new friends of the Wampanoag nation, they praised and thanked God for the many wonderful blessings He gave them. And that was the beginning of what we know and remember as Thanksgiving.
We have much to be thankful for. God is indeed a great God, does many wonderful works, provides in great ways, and blesses His children above that which we could ask or think. We should have a lifestyle of thanksgiving, and always have on our tongues, "A Psalm Of Thanksgiving"
