The RAS is like a mental gatekeeper—it brings into your awareness the people, opportunities, and experiences that align with what you consistently think and feel. Life bends to our beliefs, and feeling is the substance from which our future is molded.

When you intentionally generate the feeling of your desired reality—before there's any evidence of it—your RAS begins to shift what you notice and respond to. The feeling comes first, and the evidence flows after. This daily practice helps train your mind and body to live in alignment with the version of you that already has what you desire.
