Principal - they were overheard talking while at a restaurant - Mark was heard talking about having a rifle that could utilize explosive rounds that could penetrate protective vests - he was also heard talking about flying to Las Vegas to meet with like minded people and would return with enforcement ideas and plans - They say the brother John made statements of support, for the suggested violence and showed interest in joining his brother in the trip to Vegas - They have been arrested and they are being charged with conspiracy to cause malicious wounding - facing 5-20 years)
