The podcast is hosted by Alan Sabrosky and Paul Adams.

Alan Sabrosky is a retired Marine officer, born on October 10, 1941, and former Director of Studies at the United States Army War College's Strategic Studies Institute, where he held the position of the Douglas MacArthur Chair of Research.

He received the Superior Civilian Service Award in 1998.

He has taught at the United States Military Academy at West Point; Georgetown University; the University of Pennsylvania; and the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

He worked at the Foreign Policy Research Institute for most of the 1970s and was appointed director of FPRI in 1981.

His publications have mainly focused on alliance systems and unionization in the United States military.

Paul Adams is a retired stock broker and project finance manager born on March 4, 1953.

As president of NPG LLC, he consulted for Larry Namer (Founder of E! Entertainment), Darryl Quarles (Director/Writer of Fresh Prince of Bel Air), Joe Nikolson (Co-Founder of Bonds.com and TradeStation), as well as Richard Waryn (Venture Capital specialist who ran part of the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Dubai).
