Can a Bullet Kill without a Gun? 💀💥🔫❓

Testing whether bullets are lethal without a gun, using a ballistic gel skull.
When a bullet is locked inside a Gun's chamber and detonated, the gas created by the powder quickly burning pushes the heavier bullet out of the lighter shell, through the barrel and away from the Gun. When there is no Gun to hold the round, the lighter shell is what you should to worry about more than the heavier bullet. The pressure from the explosion may send parts of the shell flying while the heavier bullet doesn't have enough force to become a flying projectile.
