James Comey and Letitia James may have something to be thankful for this Thanksgiving because a Clinton appointed judge just let them walk free. If James Comey and Letitia James can escape accountability then the message to every deep state operator is crystal clear. You are untouchable. The rule of law becomes a weapon for the powerful and a trap for everyone else. We are now learning that the attorney handling the case Lindsey Halligan was not just overwhelmed. According to legal analyst Hans Mahncke she was deliberately left isolated unsupported and set up to fail. The people inside the DOJ who were supposed to help prosecute the deep state had zero interest in holding anyone accountable. That is not incompetence. That is sabotage from within.

US District Judge Cameron McGowan Curry a Bill Clinton appointee ruled that interim US attorney Lindsey Halligan was incorrectly appointed and therefore the indictments brought against Comey and James were defective. But here is what the media will not tell you. Attorney General Pam Bondi is not backing down. She announced an immediate appeal to hold Comey and James accountable. Her words were direct. We will be taking all available legal action including an immediate appeal. No one is above the law. Legal expert Jonathan Turley is warning that Comey and James are not out of the woods yet. These cases will be back.

Julie Kelly called out the judiciary itself describing a rogue out of control branch that encroaches on executive power on a weekly basis. She revealed that Judge Curry was plucked out of South Carolina by the chief judge specifically to handle this case. Jack Posobiec dropped a truth bomb asking did you think you could just put charges on the deep state and the system would allow it. He warned that many judges and prosecutors believe the same political ideology as Antifa and are fully committed to treating Trump and anyone around him as invalid.

Mike Davis issued a warning to Comey and Letitia James saying those were just the appetizer indictments and they got sent back but they are coming back and you are going to have the main course shoved down your throats with indictments in the Southern District of Florida. Legal analyst David Schoen said Halligan showed great courage but should have had more support and called the dismissal avoidable. He noted that if you read the Letitia James indictment carefully they have her coming and going on tax fraud allegations involving a secondary home with zero personal days reported.

Hans Mahncke spelled it out clearly. Leaving Lindsey Halligan alone was not a blunder. It was deliberate. She was set up to fail by the very agency tasked with administering justice. Deep state holdouts burrowed within the DOJ wanted to protect their own. That is the core of the rot.
