Crews of D-20 howitzers are working, firing shells with a caliber of 152 millimeters, the rate of fire is up to five rounds per minute, the firing range is more than 17 kilometres when fully charged. The gunners are engaged in counter-battery combat, destroying MLRS, mortar crews and other targets sent by scouts. On one from the directions in the zone of the special military operation, the personnel of the artillery battery of the Western group of forces inflicted fire on the area where enemy armoured vehicles and manpower were concentrated, as well as on the ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Artillerymen call it just work, but after spending several hours in position, one can realize how difficult it is. The gunners' task is to be ready to hit the target at given coordinates at any moment. Military personnel risk their lives every second. Drones help artillerymen identify targets and adjust fire.
