Hundreds of cars lined up, blocking streets, and only 4 pumps? Big issue: Seems like organizers didn't loop in the Chula Vista Police Department (CVPD) for traffic control. Officers showed up confused, trying to manage the mess on their own. One cop even noted they should've coordinated – streets were clogged, drivers frustrated, and it could've been smoother with proper planning.Overall, great idea but poor execution on the logistics side.
