How much data (uploaded) in terms of content creation do you manage on a monthly basis?

20 TB was from a torrent farm, however 7-8 TB was more realistic. How much do you produce, and is it rendered lossless (specifically here) or compressed to the point of being within the constraints of other video sharing sites?
