Pay Attention to Your Elbow Angle in Lat Pulldowns

Out off all the clients I've had and videos I've seen, this is the most common form issue I see with lat pulldowns. The problem truly starts with rounding the back and this takes away from your lats and back for pulling down. When you round aka hunch, you are trying to turn it into a push down almost. Keep the lower and mid back straight and the very top of the back arched back more (chest to cieling). This will help you target the lats all the way through the full range of motion of this movement. Pull bar to lower chest, and you're golden.
