Medical Propaganda: What is Canada Hiding?

A medical and journalistic horror story. A newspaper writes a smear piece about a disabled hospital patient and fails to mention that staff there is trying to coax him into suicide, by waking him up regularly at night to offer him Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), adding high intensity lights in his room, knowing he has severe light sensitivity, and ultimately starving him.

You can help Roger Foley through his Lifefunder https://www.lifefunder.com/roger/
The Dallas Express article mentioned that includes audio clips of hospital staff pushing assisted suicide on Roger is linked here https://dallasexpress.com/health/man-with-disabilities-begs-hospital-to-stop-pushing-suicide/
Thanks to Amanda Achtman for some of the background footage I used. Her documentary on Roger "A Passion To Live" is less than 5 minutes long, yet very powerful. Highly recommended. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQq5jOMIFLo&t=35s

Part of the Fake News Propaganda Master Class series, this video looks at the story of London, Ontario resident Roger Foley, stricken with Spinocerebellar Ataxia, stuck in hospital after a bout of food poisoning caused by an incompetent homecare worker (the last of a series of near-fatal screw-ups by homecare staff). If he were allowed to choose his own homecare workers he could go home safely, but the Ontario government thwarts him at every stage, leaving Roger stuck in the hospital for 9+ years and the government on the hook for the hospital bill. The hospital tries extreme tactics to get rid of him (literally crimes against humanity!), yet the local reporter covering the story (her last story before embarking on a career change) ignores all the horrors of Roger Foley's situation, and instead smears him as a "bed blocker" who should be siphoned off to a lower level of care in an institution. The video explores the failure of Canadian mainstream media outlets, who largely ignore Roger's plight, while international media outlets shine a light on Canada's horrific MAiD program, which targets vulnerable Canadians who were prefer to live.
