Unusual Football Pitch With Oil Drums
This unusual football pitch had a row of large blue oil drums along the touchline - to stop the ball from ending up in the sea. The field had been set up along the coast of the Burmese island of Pulo. Workers next to a harbour use the grass for games of football in the country of Burma, sometimes also known as Mayanmar. They laid out the large blue drums along the touchline and behind the goal after wayward shots and passes lead to them losing several balls in the vast Andaman sea.
