Slick-41-Shares his story of loosing everything overnight & the struggles of living on the streets

Meet Slick- He is 41 years old and has been homeless in AZ for 3 years. He said he began using at the young age of 13, he moved back east and got his life together worked several jobs until he moved back to AZ in 2018, in 2020 he get into an accident and couldn't work, relapsed and roommate store all the rent money leading him to become homeless. He says the hardest part of being out here is your always harassed, the city workers will come and throw all of your belongings in the trash, he says why are people taking from those who have nothing. Slick says its the everyday anonymous person that will come and make your day out here whether its a plate of hot food, water when its hot or a couple bucks, they have done more for me than any charity in the last 3 years.
