Hey y'all! Do you struggle with RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts)? Calf Raises? I see many people performing these exercises incorrectly.

Calf raises seem to be a simple exercise and they are, but that doesn't mean that they can't be performed incorrectly. Many people roll onto the outside of their foot during this exercise. Why? Because it makes the exercise easier. BUT it is not the best way to get the results you want.

RDLs are more complex and often people put undue strain on their back. If performed correctly, we can strengthen our back, hips and hamstrings...basically the entire posterior chain.
