Victorious Democratic nominee for New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani delivered a victory speech Tuesday night and struck a harsh tone. He also pandered to specific ethnic groups and condemned “islamophobia” in an apparent swipe against defeated independent mayoral candidate Andrew Cuomo.
