A year on, leader of Spain's Valencia region quits over floods

Carlos Mazon, the leader of Spain's eastern Valencia region said on Monday he would resign over his handling of catastrophic floods a year ago. He has been under pressure, including from victims' relatives. Lucy Fielder reports.
