Meet Steve- He is 46 and has been homeless for 7 months in PHX,AZ. He lived a normal life prior to being homeless and worked several jobs, until he got COVID for 2 weeks and couldn't get back in his feet after not receiving a check for 2 weeks from work. He says this can happen to anyone, your just a paycheck away. He says the hardest part of being on the streets are the laws and not being able to stop anywhere to rest and always being harassed, he says its a Tabu to be homeless, just because I'm out here I'm not a bad person.
