In this video, I’m taking a first look at several steel targets and stands from Doubletap Industries. This is Part 1 of a 2-part series covering their practical and portable steel setup—designed to make home range days quicker to set up and easier to manage.

I’m working with their 2", 4", 6", and 8" gongs mounted on the Quick Stand Kit, a lightweight, conduit-style stand that’s simple to assemble and easy to move. I also have their ½” AR500 silhouette target, a Harmonic Static 2x4 Steel Target Hanger, and the H-Base, which lets you switch between steel and paper targets on the fly.

🔥 What’s Covered in This Video:
✔️ Unboxing and first impressions of the targets and hardware
✔️ Overview of the Quick Stand Kit and how fast it sets up
✔️ Thoughts on cut quality, finish, and target hardware
✔️ Range footage of me shooting the gongs and paper targets using the H-Base
✔️ Why this setup works well for mobile and backyard ranges

Note: This video includes actual shooting with the gongs and paper targets. Part 2 will feature live fire testing of the ½” AR500 silhouette on the Harmonic Static Hanger—so check that out next to see the full setup in action under recoil.
