10/29/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) How to Manipulate Various Gangstalker PERPS

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

I was a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a major political party, former sport entertainment crowd control side job staff, apartment building owner landlord's kid. That means I have abilities and knowledge on how to read people like a comic book and also to manipulate them in whatever direction I want to do. I scored high on the Dark Triad personality traits that are necessary for success in business, politics, and even dating sexual market valuation. Nice guys finish last in everything and females are attracted to CHAD asshole bad boys in every sense of that concept. It is psychological, biological.

You can see that I was zig zagging and looping around, backtracking everywhere. That confuses the excessive loitering organized harassment, gangtalking perpetrators and collaborators. They start to wonder what is going on beyond their regular levels of stupidity and send out more perps to stand around everywhere. The perps and collaborators would mess up even more than usual and I will just circle around and collect and share more gangstalking perps and they all stand around like a bunch of retards.

I even got three black and white police vehicles in this video and that would be very welcomed by some of the other international group members. They have an even larger uniform fetish than I do and I always aim to supply whatever my international audiences want to see in these shared videos.

I circled around everywhere and got three black and white police vehicles, three civilian gangstalking perps with their cell phones communicating with their gangstalking perp handlers, one blue perp vehicle leaving the parking lot, and one of the loitering street gangstalking perps was even a drug addict street perp at night.
