Israeli Forces Raid Lebanon

Shortly after midnight, Israeli troops crossed the border, advancing about one kilometer into Lebanese territory toward the municipal building in Blida, southern Lebanon.

According to local sources, an employee sleeping inside the building was killed. After the brief incursion, the IDF units withdrew and returned to Israel.

According to the IDF, the story is different — a Hezbollah-related target was raided, and the person guarding it was eliminated after endangering Israeli forces.

As far as the locals in southern Lebanese Shiite villages are concerned, all Hezbollah operatives are always “innocent employees.”
