They should do more than just watch for license plates b/c nobody can catch this act. They should have a have a website for ICE agents who are breaking laws like running into cars and dragging people out...throwing tear gas into crowds. Not having a camera on a ICE agent...everything these goons have been able to get away with. They should also be going after Noem who's allowing this to happen.
