Welcome to the evolution of the ORNAP.
Each intro is a little bit different, as they are adjusted from the prior Question Period. They have become what I call an audio-visual comic strip, or in this case, political comedy, most often of the tragic kind. Doug Ford’s $75 million vanity project, an apparent ideological plagiarism of a Chinese video variant, was apparently vetted and approved within the cooridors of Mark Carney’s corridors, according to Dougie.
While our Federal and Provincial First Ministers exercise their finger-pointing, Liberals continue to blame Conservatives for not supporting the failing socialist band-aids on the economic disaster unfolding though out Canada.
The Conservatives point out Canada has become an economy where grocers can’t buy the groceries they sell and where construction workers can’t buy the cheapest homes they build. In fact, with the Liberals celebrating their Billion dollar shack off the rack boondoggle that will deliver few homes for exorbitant prices, to be delivered to the poorest, once again leaves the craftsmen who build them to poor to buy in the market and to rich to be given a catalogue cottage.
But don’t worry, the Liberals have spoken to the Experts at the Food Banks, and they know their Budget will deliver, and gang busters, don’t they hope the opposition supports this 9 month delayed budget so the “New” 10 year Liberal Government can finally stop borrowing; perhaps even stop adding to the debt and actually start showing something for all the hundreds of billions spent so far and build something, but no, the Devil is already in the details. Mark Carney stated the borrowing would continue for another 3 years and taper off...
...balancing the budget.

The NAP Intros have morphed over time. Each intro has been modified using recent prior images, video and sounds from the current government sessions. The start of the Fall session used images from the Spring, which were slowly changed with each day the Lower House sat.
The music has been a combination of free sources from YouTube studio and https://www.youtube.com/@AudioLibraryFreeMusic.
Starting the third week of October 2025, the intros started using additional sound clips from our favourite performative Liberal politicians, with a clip from the opposition questioning the Liberal Government next to, what we often end up with, a wildly gesticulating non-committal, sometimes tainted with accusations leveled at the questioner to obfuscate their reluctance to answer.
It is permissible to lie in the House of Commons, and an MP who lies cannot be called a “Liar”, lest the MP who does so be named and ejected until they retract the forbidden truth.
Therefore, I leave it to the viewer to figure out their own inference of the overlays and associated pictures and operational videos from my past.
