+70lbs @ 232lbs Weighted Pullups (Lite) 💪

Alright, one of the most daunting, dreaded exercises because the progress on strength is a snails pace.

Weighted Pull-Ups.
70 lbs + 232lbs Bodyweight.
1st Set/Top Set

Lite. =12 rep goal range, including the jump negatives.
I am exhausted but trusting in the process of my negatives, in particular here, "Jump Negs" as I call them.

Like I said... it's just slower PRs with weighted pullups.

Keep on grinding and killing those gains 💪
