Cameroon ruling party marches in Buea ahead of opposition protest

Dozens of supporters of Cameroon’s ruling party marched through the southwestern city of Buea on Friday (October 24) calling for calm and denouncing electoral violence, days before opposition leader Issa Tchiroma’s planned protest and the official announcement of presidential results.
