A Perfect Day in Weymouth 🇬🇧 🌊 | Exploring Harbour, Nothe Gardens & the British Seaside in September

Our first visit to Weymouth, Dorset — and what an unforgettable seaside day! 🇬🇧✨

The water was a radiant blue and even though it was a little chilly, there was hardly a breeze — the perfect mid-September outing. We explored the Weymouth Harbour and Esplanade, took a ride on the big wheel, crossed the Weymouth Bridge, walked through the beautiful Nothe Gardens, saw Nothe Fort and the historic Newton’s Cove, and ended our day with a caramel ice cream sundae on the beachfront. 🍦

We had lunch at The Ship Inn, discovered the most incredible handmade fudge at Roly’s Fudge Pantry, and enjoyed the calm coastal atmosphere that makes Weymouth so special.

If you’re planning a trip to the Dorset coast, set aside a full day to wander, eat, and take in the views — you’ll absolutely love it here. 💙
