Why Can't Afraca Be Better? Is it really because of White People?

Africa may have the most resources on the planet but in terms of inventing things and adding to the planet it has not produced of lot of things.. I thought this as they try to expell all white people from it.. There's not many white people there as it is.. So blaming us is not an exuse anymore and was it ever? Seriously stop hogging up all the resources on the planet and produces things!
